Return of saleable goods

The Buyer can return goods regardless of reason, within 7 days after receiving the product, only with the prior permission of Sparex. Subject to such permission being granted by Sparex, all re-saleable catalogue items may be returned for full credit.

Sparex will not accept any products returned after 14 days from the date of receipt unless such product is defective.

Defective goods may only be returned after authorization has been granted by Sparex SA. All return requests must be logged onto the Sparex SA web portal.

Returning a product with a minor fault

If your product has developed a minor fault you can contact our customer services team on (0)31 573 1240 and we discuss options with you. Depending on the nature of the fault we may offer you a replacement a repair option or a full or partial refund.

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your order confirmation.

Late Orders and Shipping Refunds

If your order does not arrive within 7 days or within the timeframe of the selected delivery service, you can contact us directly for details of your order shipment.

If after contacting us your order has still not arrived you can request a full refund for the item purchased. We aim to deliver your product to you within 7 days, our standard delivery normally delivers within 7 working days. Deliveries may sometimes take longer. For all faulty items and items returned within 21 days we will refund the shipping (for our standard delivery options only).
